If you have paid for an item that has already been allocated, we will immediately refund your payment in full within 48 hours.
- The reduced SALES goods are excluded from exchange (right of withdrawal). No additional discount codes can be applied to already reduced goods. Please also note the shipping conditions applicable to sales goods.

Shipping conditions for goods from SALES:

Up to a distance of 150km from Eupen, the furniture costs from €1000 including VAT. the premium delivery service included. In addition, this costs €1 for each additional kilometer from 150km from Eupen (e.g. €150 for a distance of 300km from Eupen).

Curbside delivery without assembly service for large-volume items is subject to a flat surcharge of 100 euros for sales goods for Benelux and Germany and 200 euros for France. For parcels (goods that are sent via parcel service) shipping over a value of €100 is still free.

You are welcome to request additional detailed photos of any product or have delivery organized with or without assembly service to any address in Europe.
