💳 Payment on account
With this payment method, you will receive an invoice with the corresponding payment details by email within 2 working days of the order date. The invoice amount is due within 7 days from this date.
If you have chosen to pay in advance, the total amount listed will automatically receive a 2% discount.

🚚 Delivery
One Standard delivery is carried out by a external shipping partner such as DPD, Dachser or GLS.
One Premium delivery on the other hand, is exclusively provided by our In-house delivery and assembly team assembly is automatically included and the installation is Exact delivery date will be agreed with you by telephone.
If you have opted for standard delivery, products available for immediate delivery on account or after receipt of payment will be handed over to our shipping partners directly on the following day.
The delivery time for products that are not in stock or ordered at the customer's request takes place immediately after we have received the goods. The estimated delivery time can be found on the product in the webshop or on your invoice.
As soon as your goods leave our premises, you will receive a consignment number from the respective shipping partner by e-mail. From this point on, you can track your parcel and determine the expected delivery date.
Please note: All standard deliveries, including large-volume deliveries, are always "free kerbside", i.e. not automatically to the front door. Transportation to the house (or to the point of use) and disposal of the packaging and pallet is therefore always carried out by the customer.
Please check the product on receipt for Visible defectsdefective or missing articles and report this to us within 24 hours at the latest. (These can no longer be objected to afterwards). If an exchange or return is necessary, see "Exchange or return" for more information.
The costs for a standard delivery are calculated as follows:

If you have opted for a premium delivery, you will be contacted personally by our scheduling department to arrange a delivery date with youas soon as your goods are in stock. (Possible period for premium deliveries: Mon-Sat from 8-22h).
The goods are then transported to the address you specify and include assembly by experienced personnel (2-man team) and subsequent disposal of the packaging.
Please note: In principle, the delivery does not include wall mounting of the furniture, connection or suspension of lamps or attachment or suspension of awnings or sunshades.
Please check the product after assembly together with our delivery team - before signing the delivery bill - for visible defects. (These can no longer be objected to afterwards.) If an exchange or return is necessary, more information can be found under "Exchange or return".
From a goods value of €1,000, Premium delivery is free of charge within a radius of 150 km from Eupen. In addition, the flat rate from our location in Eupen to your domicile is calculated from 1€/kilometer.
♻️ Exchange or return
To enable a return, please report defects and transport damage within 24h after receipt of the goods to the following address aftercare@homestorys.com with reference to your order or invoice number, as well as the reason for the complaint and attached photos.
Our customer service will take care of your request immediately and get in touch with you within 1-2 working days.
All articles that not manufactured on customer request or in a requested by the customer Execution ordered from the manufacturer can within 30 days be returned in their original packaging.
Please contact us via this contact form or by mail via info@homestorys.com with the express wish to return your goods. In this case, please enclose the completed Revocation form with.
The final step is the Refund within 3-5 working daysafter we have received the goods - minus the transportation costs, the amount of which was communicated in advance and for which the customer must pay.

For goods from the "Outlet" are As good as new display items from our stationary storewhich no longer in original packaging are.
Slight wear and tear of the articles is possible, but in the case of larger signs of use, this is always explicitly indicated with a photo in the respective product.

Designer furniture combines functionality, craftsmanship, and durable materials. Unlike mass-produced items, each piece is created with a clear aesthetic vision and reflects both the designer’s signature and the brand’s identity. Homestorys exclusively selects brands that stand for timeless design and lasting quality.
The right table size depends on the room dimensions and the desired number of seats. Ideally, there should be at least 90 cm of free space around the table. A 200 cm long table can accommodate 6 to 8 people. Homestorys will be happy to assist you in finding the optimal configuration for your space.
Some of the most durable materials include solid wood, ceramic, and powder-coated metal. They are resistant to wear, light, and moisture. In particular, oak and walnut stand out for their strength and the natural patina they develop over time.
Regularly remove dust with a soft cloth and clean with a slightly damp microfiber cloth. Avoid silicone sprays or harsh cleaning agents. Once a year, apply a natural oil or wax to nourish the wood and protect it from drying out.
Solid wood is made entirely of real wood and can be sanded or refinished multiple times.
Veneer uses a thin layer of real wood on a stable core – providing a similar look, greater dimensional stability, and lower material consumption. The key factors are craftsmanship and finish.
