Payment on account
With this payment method, you will receive an invoice with the relevant payment details via email within 2 business days from the order date. The invoice amount is due within 7 days from that point.
If you choose to pay in advance, the total amount listed will automatically include a 2% discount.

Delivery
A standard delivery is carried out by an external shipping partner such as DPD, Dachser, or GLS.
In contrast, a premium delivery is exclusively handled by our in-house delivery and assembly team. Assembly is automatically included, and the exact delivery date will be arranged with you in advance via phone.
If you have chosen standard delivery, immediately available products will be handed over to our shipping partners the next day, either on account or after payment is received.
The delivery time for non-stocked or custom-ordered products will commence promptly once the goods have arrived with us. You can find the estimated delivery time on the product page in the webshop or on your invoice.
As soon as your goods leave our premises, a tracking number will be emailed to you by the respective shipping partner. From that point on, you can track your package and determine the estimated delivery date.
Please note: All standard deliveries, including large-volume deliveries, are made "free curbside," which means not automatically to your front door. Transport into the house (or to the place of use) and the disposal of packaging and pallets is the responsibility of the customer.
Please inspect the product upon receipt for visible defects, damaged or missing items and report them to us within 24 hours. (These cannot be claimed afterward). If an exchange or return is necessary, please refer to the section "Exchange or Return" for more information.
The costs for standard delivery are calculated as follows:

If you have chosen a premium delivery, our scheduling department will contact you personally to arrange a delivery date once your goods are in stock. (Possible premium delivery times: Mon-Sat from 8 AM to 10 PM).
The goods will then be transported to the address you provided and include assembly by experienced personnel (2-person team) as well as the subsequent disposal of the packaging.
Please note: The delivery does not include wall mounting of furniture, connection or hanging of lamps, or installation or hanging of sun sails or umbrellas.
Please inspect the product for visible defects together with our delivery team after assembly and before signing the delivery note. (These cannot be claimed afterwards.) If an exchange or return is necessary, please refer to the section "Exchange or Return" for more information.
From a goods value of €1,000, premium delivery is free of charge within a radius of 150 km from Eupen. Beyond that, the flat rate from our location in Eupen to your domicile is calculated from 1€/kilometer.
Exchange or return
To enable a return, please report defects and transport damages within 24 hours after receiving the goods to the following address: aftercare@homestorys.com, including your order or invoice number, the reason for the complaint, and attached photos.
Our customer service team will address your issue promptly and will contact you within 1-2 business days.
All items that are not custom-made or ordered from the manufacturer in a customized version requested by the customer can be returned within 30 days in their original packaging.
Please contact us via this contact form or by email at info@homestorys.com with the explicit request to return your item. Please include the completed withdrawal form if applicable.
The final step is the refund within 3-5 business days after the item has arrived with us, minus the transport costs, the amount of which was communicated in advance and is to be covered by the customer.

Items from the "Stock Sale" are originally packaged, immediately available products from our warehouse that we offer under special conditions.
Items from the "Outlet" are new exhibition pieces from our physical store that are no longer originally packaged.
Slight wear and tear on these items is possible; however, any significant signs of use will always be explicitly indicated with a photo in the respective product description.
