The new and well-proportioned Florence cutlery is an attractive re-edition of a Lambert classic that was created in the 1920s. The shape is inspired by the classic spade cutlery, which is perfectly tailored to today's needs in terms of proportion and functionality. Every item in the Florence collection is made of high-quality stainless steel, while the hollow handle knife is made of corrosion-resistant special blade steel - a characteristic feature of outstanding quality. All cutlery, including the knife, is dishwasher safe. However, to avoid stains, we recommend not allowing food residue to dry on the cutlery, despite the high-quality steel in sensitive areas. Florence is available in two versions: matt ground and shiny polished.
