ONNO - the mysterious world of exotic fragrances and colors

The combination of particularly exclusive fragrances in artistic jars is unique and takes you into a world of warm colors and exotic scents. There is an unusual story behind the wonderful scented candles.

During a trip, company founder Ilse Vandeputte fell head over heels in love with the African country of Tanzania - with its wonderful nature, rich colors and intense fragrances. This crystallized her desire to make this accessible to other people - in the form of scented candles. The brand name ONNO itself goes back to an encounter with a young African boy of that name.

Most of the selected fragrances come from her experiences in Tanzania - but there are also "fragrance experiences" from various other Asian countries and islands that she subsequently traveled to.

Each candle is hand-poured into hand-cut artistic jars in Belgium, tested and lovingly decorated with a small black ribbon...
