The wooden cover can be conveniently stored indoors when not in use, so that the wood storage can remain outside all year round. The optimal use of your wood storage

Choose carefully the location of your outdoor kitchen. Some patio coverings are sensitive to the oil drops or splashes that are inevitable when grilling.

Rubberwood is a natural, long-lasting product - ideally the worktop should be stored indoors when not in use for an extended period of time.

Cleaning and maintenance

The support of the Wood Storage Dressoir is best cleaned with warm water. In general, the black surface needs to be treated and cleaned a little more carefully than that of the Corten dresser. Ideally, the wooden panel is first cleaned on all sides with cold water. Then pour in really boiling hot water to kill any germs.

After the boiling water, you can brush antibacterial household remedies such as vinegar, soda or table salt into the wood, leave to act for 15 minutes, rinse and allow to dry thoroughly on all sides so that the wood does not warp to one side. If you rub the board regularly with your Ofyr cooking oil, fewer bacteria and dirt get into the pores and the wood stays more supple. In addition, you can smooth the wooden surface from time to time by roughening it with a brass brush and then sanding it with coarse and fine sandpaper.
