Getting the most out of your Ofyr Kamado Table

For optimal use, it is best to follow the manufacturer's instructions from the supplier of your kamado grill and carefully choose where your stove will stand. Some patio coverings are sensitive to the oil drops or splashes that are inevitable when grilling.

Cleaning and maintenance

The Kamado Table is best cleaned with warm water. In general, the black surface needs to be treated and cleaned a little more carefully than that of the Corten grill. Ideally, the wooden panel is first cleaned on all sides with cold water. Then pour in really boiling hot water to kill any germs.

After the boiling water, you can brush antibacterial household remedies such as vinegar, soda or table salt into the wood, leave to act for 15 minutes, rinse and allow to dry thoroughly on all sides so that the wood does not warp to one side.
