With the Carl Hansen BK12 garden sofa you can give your outdoor area a touch of cubism : together with its legs and runners, its armrest forms a square. This creates a delicate, geometric design . Even though these are light, simple shapes: only experienced craftsmen at Carl Hansen & Søn shape these amazing design details into a comfortable lounge chair. The renowned designer Bodil Kjær was looking for the perfect angle for a comfortable sitting position for this collection in 1959. Today this is formed by the teak slats of the seat and back of the BK 11 armchair. For an absolutely soft seating experience, we recommend the perfectly matching seat cover made of weather-resistant Sunbrella® fabric as an option.

Optimal use and care
