The CH23 CHAIR was created during a phase in which Hans J. Wegner set new standards for modern furniture design. The combination of ergonomic function, precision craftsmanship and timeless aesthetics makes this design one of the most important dining chairs in Danish design history.
Material & workmanship
At first glance, the CH23 appears restrained, but reveals numerous refined details. Characteristic features include the cross-shaped covers on the backrest, the double-woven seat and the elegantly curved back legs. High-quality woods and traditional processing techniques ensure stability and durability.
