OFYR ACCESSORIES – GRILL ACCESSORIES SET

Barbecue fans will love this set: it consists of three stainless steel skewers 85 cm long, the ring for horizontal skewers and a specially designed base in which the ring can be placed. The solid black steel frame is placed directly over the flame of the OFYR cooking unit and is the perfect height for meat and vegetables to be cooked to perfection. You can easily place the skewers horizontally in the desired grilling position. The cooking plate of the OFYR remains unlocked. This allows you to cook other dishes at the same time. The built-in frame allows additional firewood to be easily added. The set can also be expanded with additional skewers of 85 or 105cm, each of which must be ordered separately in a set of 3.

Available for models in the OFYR 100 and OFYR XL series (D150cm).

The optimal use of your 85 grill accessories set

To do this, also note the OFIR product videos with user tips for the OFIR and carefully choose the stand of your stove. Some terrace coverings are sensitive to the inevitable oil drops or splashes when grilling.

Tip: Choose the right firewood!

In order to have an optimal result when grilling, the right firewood is also important: Use only dry wood - a slowly burning hardwood such as beech or ash is ideal. Tropical wood burns too hot and may damage the hotplate. Wet wood is difficult to light and causes a lot of smoke. Do not use too big notes so that the air can circulate well and always stack up with the bark. Ideal as in the video, the wood is to be stacked in a block of blocks and light in the middle. So the oxygen can optimally circulate. By the way, with the Buffadoo you can light it up and keep the first smoke below.

Cleaning and maintenance

The 6-part 85 grill Accessories Set consists of the Grill Round 85, the Skewer Ring Horizontal 85 (grill ring) and the Skewers 85 (set of three stainless steel skewers 85cm).

Grill and skewer ring are made of black steel.

With the fire plate of the OFYRS, it is enough to move the small remnants on the plate with the spatula into the embers after the grilling ends. After cooling, the plate only needs to be wiped off.

With the skewers and the metal frame, it may be necessary to clean with a metal brush or with steel wool if not all grill residues are burned.

Solving then helps to protect against corrosion!

Stainless steel skewers can easily be cleaned with hot water and detergent - they do not have to be oiled.

Please never clean steel parts of the Ofyr in the dishwasher.

Please never clean the fire plate of the OFIRS with detergent! This removes the patina so that the grill area has to be burned again! After cleaning with the spatula, wash the grill surface and oil again with a cloth until the next use.

If you care properly, the grill plate should actually not set a rust, but if rust spots are created there, this is no need to worry: Depending on the strength, carefully remove the rust with a pot cleaner or with a metal polier on the drill It is best to reject a slightly warm plate again! Then you will enjoy your Ofyr for many years!
